  • Do you allow vendors who are not on the preferred vendor list?

    Yes, we are happy to reach out to new vendors to see if they would be a good fit for our venue. We highly recommend the vendors on our approved vendor list because they have exceptional experience, their insurance is on file with us and we know they will provide top quality service to our clients. As our approved vendor list is constantly evolving, an up-to-date list will be supplied during the tour.  There is a fee to use outside vendors. 

  • Do you require event insurance?

    Yes, we require event insurance and will provide step-by-step details on how to purchase it.

  • Do you allow pets at the event?

    Yes, we will allow the couple to have their dog in the ceremony.

  • Where is the best place for my guests to stay?

    There is lodging for up to 18 guests on site. Additionally, there are major hotels located in Short Pump. Our staff will provide the best recommendation for your guests.

  • Do you have handicap parking?

    Yes, we have handicap parking close to the ceremony and reception sites.

  • What is the venue capacity?

    We can accommodate up to 250 guests.

  • Do you allow alcohol, and can I bring my own?

    Yes. To provide your own alcohol at your wedding or special event, you will need to obtain an ABC license from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority. All alcohol is required to be served by your licensed caterer or bartender.
